Launcher blocks Arma update to a newer version

At the moment, current version 1.66, but my 1.64 and there is no update. When I removed A3launcher and reinstalled Arma 3 everything was fine, but after installing A3launcher Arma 3 updated again to 1.64.
Pls help

That can not happen. Steam controls what version of arma you have not the launcher.

You fucked it up somehow. It is impossible for the launcher have any effect on the version of arma steam installs.
