AL3 Error & Crashes when opened

Every time I open A3 Launcher it says to consider donating to keep the launcher alive then when I click ok it brings me to the server list and crashes with this Error "There was an error that could not be recovered from" every single time. And I've tried Re-installing. Please help!

Try running in admin mode (right click on the shortcut & run in admin mode).
Uninstall & reinstall A3launcher: http://support.launcher.eu/download
