Teamspeak 3 Muting doesnt work while in Arma3

Hello!
I'm having a small problem with using Hotkeys ingame when running Arma with the A3Launcher. I cannot mute myself in Teamspeak for example, as long as I'm tabbed into Arma. That's a little bit of an issue here and there, especially when getting a call and such. Problem could be easily fixed by not making the A3Launcher require Admin all the time. Is there a possibility to disable that?

Close the launcher after launching Arma 3?

As I already said, that problem consist when tabbed into ARMA, not the launcher

Doesn't anyone have an Idea on that? I do not want to run Teamspeak as Admin too.
