Server not listed/2nd time- See link to where it doesnt even show i paid again for sponsor

I've yet to see my server listed, nor as any of the players who play on my server, i have asked around- This is the 2nd time I've tried sponsor and both times seem to have given the same result-

Maybe i am doing something wrong- please educate as i would like to feel this is worth the money and to return to use this service again.
