  Launch A3 Launcher. Press "promote your server" button (bottom left). Press Login, found on the top right (create an account). Your server will randomly appear on top of the A3 Launcher list. Depending on how much you pay will increase the chances of it showing up more. I would also edit the "server info" section so players can see what makes your server different. Check out the info section that other owners have modified by hitting up the "i" tag in a3 launcher (found to the left of the world name in the top ranking servers).
